Social Media & UX Design

Project 3
Project Overview
For Heritage Malta, the goal was to shake off the dust and give their digital presence a serious boost.

This meant building a full strategy that combined social media, website updates, email marketing, and influencer collabs.

Campaigns were tailored, paid ads were rolled out, and content was kept fresh and on-brand across every touchpoint.
My Contributions
Over 10 months, the digital reach saw a big lift.

Facebook hit 540,000 and Instagram reached 55,000, with a solid chunk of that coming from a 35+ audience.

Paid ads added another 42,000 reach, and the community kept growing, 3,100 new Facebook followers and 1,900 on Instagram.
Alongside managing Heritage Malta’s social media, work also extended into a full UX revamp for their eCommerce store.

The results? Over 468,000 users landed on the site, with 2 million page views and a clear boost in engagement.

This traffic wasn’t just vanity metrics. It helped drive real revenue. In the first half of 2023, the site brought in €3.5 million from ticket sales and gift shop purchases. That’s over €61,000 more than the same period back in 2019, before the pandemic.

The UX improvements didn’t just look good, they delivered results.
