Alongside managing Heritage Malta’s social media, work also extended into a full UX revamp for their eCommerce store.
The results? Over 468,000 users landed on the site, with
2 million page views and a clear boost in engagement.
This traffic wasn’t just vanity metrics. It helped drive real revenue. In the first half of 2023, the site brought in
€3.5 million from ticket sales and gift shop purchases. That’s over
€61,000 more than the same period back in 2019, before the pandemic.
The UX improvements didn’t just look good, they
